How quickly can you turnaround a quote?
Usually we can turn a quote around in 24 hours. This is subject to an initial assessment of the type of property and review of your survey.
How much do you charge?
Costings for our reports range from £250-£500.
We work on a tiered pricing structure dependant on the criteria of your purchase. 
For example, a survQuote costing report for a mid-level HomeBuyers report for a 1950s 3 bed semi-detached in Eastbourne costs approximately £275. A large rural property with complex requirements could be upto £500. Please get in touch for a personalised quotation.
Which areas do you cover?
We currently only support East Sussex, specialising in Eastbourne and along the south coast. 
We hope to expand in the near future and be able to provide a national coverage.
Do you cost for Grade Listed properties?
We do not cover listed buildings as this time.
What happens if your quotes are inaccurate compared to local trades?
All our quotes are made from accurate local information and our extensive database that is continuously updated so costs are in real-time. In our experience a 10-15% variation in actual costs should be allowed for. Our costs should be valid for upto 6 month allowing for small price fluctations in that time.
